Founder Simon, a lifelong gin enthusiast, has always been fascinated by the complexity of botanicals in gin. After years of studying the craft of distillation, he aimed to create a gin with a unique flavour profile—a spirit that everyone can enjoy, one that embodies the essence of the north coast, its people, and the heritage of those born by the shore. The lockdown period provided Simon with the perfect opportunity to turn his hobby into a passion project he could share with the world.
