The Range Preparing Plans For New Coleraine Store

The Range is in the early stages of securing a site and preparing a planning application for a new store at Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine.
Explore Causeway Coast & Glens understands the proposal would involve the construction of a new-build retail unit beside Currys.
The plans remain at an early stage and would be subject to the normal planning process before any development could proceed.
Councillor Tanya Elder welcomed the prospect of further investment in the town.
“This is very positive news for Coleraine. The Range would bring additional jobs, greater consumer choice and further investment to Riverside Retail Park,” she said.
“Subject to planning approval, this would be another welcome vote of confidence in Coleraine as a retail destination.”
Further details are expected to become available if and when a formal planning application is submitted.
