Student Accommodation Plans Announced For Historic Coleraine Building

Plans have been announced to redevelop a building in Coleraine town centre into student accommodation.

The Mill House building on Railway Road has been a long-established part of the town’s commercial landscape, having housed a variety of businesses over several decades.

In recent years, Coleraine town centre has seen a decline in commercial activity, with several businesses closing.

Under the new proposals, the upper floors of Mill House would be converted into student accommodation, a change that could alter the use of the building and its immediate surroundings.

The plans were shared on LinkedIn by Julieanne White from Method Property Solutions, who said the company was “delighted to be pioneering this initiative in Coleraine, the first of its kind in the Coleraine Town Centre area.”
