Plans Submitted For Seven New Homes On Carthall Road Site

Plans have been formally lodged with Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council for the redevelopment of a site on Carthall Road, proposing the construction of seven detached, two-storey homes.
According to the planning submission, the scheme would include associated landscaping and a series of ancillary works, including boundary walls and fencing. Six of the new homes would be accessed via Carthall Road, with one additional access point proposed from nearby Carthall Park.
The applicant is Mark McEwan.
