Plans have been submitted for the redevelopment of a site on Bayview Road in Ballycastle.
The proposal relates to numbers 1 and 2 Bayview Road and seeks permission for the demolition of the existing ice cream parlour and the construction of a new replacement building.
Under the plans, a new ice cream parlour would be provided at ground floor level, with four apartments proposed above across first and second floor levels.
The application is intended to supersede a previous planning approval for the site.
