Plans Submitted For New Apartment Development In Portrush

A planning application has been submitted for the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of six apartments at 21 Lansdowne Crescent and adjoining lands at Lansdowne Lane, Portrush.
The proposal includes on-site and off-site parking, an off-site communal store, amenity space, and associated site works.
The application has been lodged with Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council and will be considered in due course through the standard planning process.
The applicant is Northside Leisure Ltd.
