Plans Submitted For Major Social Housing Development At Former School Site In Coleraine

A new planning proposal could see the former St Joseph’s High School in Coleraine demolished to make way for a significant social housing development.
The Proposal of Application Notice (PAN), recently submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council, outlines plans for the construction of 91 social housing units on the Beresford Avenue site.
The proposal also includes open space, landscaping, and associated site works.
The O’Kane Group, a Northern Ireland-based developer, has brought forward the application.
