Plans Lodged For 16 Social Homes In Garvagh

A planning application has been submitted for the construction of 16 social dwellings in Garvagh.

The proposed development, located at the junction of Main Street and Bridge Street, would include new access arrangements from Bridge Street, car parking, landscaping and associated site works.

According to the Design and Access Statement lodged with the application, the scheme sets out to provide “16 no. social dwellings with access arrangement from Bridge Street, car parking, landscaping and associated site works at Junction of Main Street & Bridge Street, Garvagh”

The plans include a mix of accommodation and are designed to integrate with the surrounding streetscape while meeting modern building standards.

The application will be considered by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council in due course.
