Planning Approved For Seven-home Development In Coleraine

Planning permission has been granted for a new housing development comprising seven detached homes.
The proposal, submitted by INNGODWEE Trust last year, includes four two-storey dwellings and three two-and-a-half-storey properties.
The development will also include associated car parking, garages and private amenity space.
According to a Design and Access Statement submitted alongside the application, the development site comprises a 0.275-hectare brownfield plot within the established Queen’s Park residential area.
The statement said: “The development is complementary to surrounding residential land uses.”
The approval will allow the brownfield site to be developed for residential use, subject to the conditions attached to the planning permission.
