Planning Approved For Retirement Bungalows In Coleraine

Planning permission has been granted for the construction of three retirement bungalows on a vacant site in Coleraine.
The development, proposed by applicant Adrian Norris, will see the new homes built on a 0.18-acre plot of land situated between 47 and 71 Killowen Street.
The site, which has long remained unused, will be transformed to provide much-needed accommodation for older residents in the area.
