Planning Approved For Bed & Breakfast In Garvagh Home

A property on Ballyrogan Road in Garvagh is set to become a bed and breakfast after a planning application was granted for a change of use.
The house at number 36, currently a four-bedroom dwelling, will be converted into guest accommodation with only minor internal alterations. No changes will be made to the exterior of the property.
Local planning authorities approved the application on 2nd June 2025.
