Planning Approval Granted For Homemakers Warehouse Expansion In Coleraine

Planning permission has been granted for an expansion of the Homemakers retail site in Coleraine.

The proposals include the construction of a new warehouse section, incorporating a mezzanine floor, along with a redesigned façade facing Lime Market Street.

As part of the development, a portion of the existing structure will be demolished to facilitate the upgrade.

The site for the proposed works is located on a currently vacant plot approximately 14 metres north-east of No. 2 Lime Market Street.

Homemakers, a well-known furniture and flooring retailer in Northern Ireland, has been operating in Coleraine for more than 50 years.

The business currently offers over 30,000 square feet of showroom space, showcasing a wide range of home furnishings, including carpets, beds, sofas and decorative items.
