Planning Application Submitted To Convert Coleraine Retail Unit And Offices Into Apartments

A planning application has been submitted seeking permission to convert a retail unit and office space in Coleraine into two residential apartments.
The proposal relates to Units 1 and 2, Old Court Market, where the applicant is seeking a change of use from a ground floor retail unit to a three-bedroom apartment, alongside the conversion of the existing first floor office accommodation into a second three-bedroom apartment.
If approved, the development would see the commercial premises repurposed to provide two new homes within the town centre.
The application has now been lodged with Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, where it will be assessed through the normal planning process before a decision is made.
