New Coleraine Coffee Spot Serves Up More Than A Caffeine Fix

A new speciality coffee shop has opened in Coleraine — and you’ll find it somewhere you might not expect.

Dropshot Coffee, inside Powerhouse Padel, brings together locally roasted coffee, tempting bakes, and a space to catch up. And there’s no need to pick up a padel racket to enjoy it.

The shop marked its arrival in September by giving locals 100 free coffees. Now it’s welcoming visitors for a leisurely catch-up, a quick takeaway, or a coffee break with something sweet on the side.

Local coffee, local bakes

The menu has a strong local flavour, with coffee from Fidela Coffee Roasters paired with a selection of bakes from Barn Door.

Whether you need a morning caffeine boost or an afternoon treat, that combination gives you a good reason to pop in.

You don’t have to play to stay

While its home is inside a sports venue, Dropshot is a coffee shop and community space in its own right.

You’re welcome to settle in for a chat, meet a friend or simply grab a coffee to go. With plenty of free parking right outside the door, it's easy to stop by.
