McKeever Hotel Group Seeks Lodge Hotel Entrance Upgrades

McKeever Hotel Group has submitted a planning application for works to the Lodge Hotel, Coleraine. The application proposes the following alterations:

Upgrade of the existing entrance to the hotel bistro.

Creation of a dedicated focal entrance to the existing ballroom accommodation, incorporating an occasional reception area.

Upgrade of the existing entrance to the Travel Stop hotel room accommodation, including construction of a focal point entrance and a new link corridor.

Refurbishment of the existing link corridor between the main hotel and the Travel Stop wing, with the addition of windows.

Reconfiguration of the parking area adjacent to the Travel Stop and ballroom entrances.
The Lodge Hotel is located off Lodge Road in Coleraine. The application states that the proposed works are minor, cosmetic in nature, and will not affect access to Lodge Road or impact adjacent properties.
