Housing Proposal Lodged For 60 Homes In Limavady

A proposal for a new residential development in Limavady has been formally lodged with planners.
Developer Braidwater Ltd has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) for lands to the west of Ballyquin Road, as part of Phase 3 of the Gorteen Lands, south of 37 Ballyquin Road.
The outline proposal includes the construction of approximately 60 new homes, alongside a new internal road network and associated access arrangements.
Plans also indicate provisions for car parking, public open space, landscaping, and a range of ancillary site works.
