Housing Development Approved At 8 Fairhill Street, Ballycastle

Planning permission was granted on 23 December 2025 for a proposed residential development of 20 units at 8 Fairhill Street, Ballycastle.
The approved scheme includes 17 new units: 15 apartments (in two blocks, each 3/2.5 storeys) and two two-storey maisonettes (in one block).
It also includes the change of use and refurbishment of an office building to a residential dwelling, plus the retention and refurbishment of existing dwellings.
The proposal includes a new access road, car parking, landscaping, and associated site works. The applicant was Orchard SSAS.
