Former Market Bar In Coleraine To Be Converted Into Apartments

A planning application to convert the former Market Bar in Coleraine into residential accommodation has been approved.
The proposal will see the ground floor of 2 New Market Street transformed into two new apartments, while the existing apartment on the first and second floors will remain unchanged.
Once a well-known local pub, the Market Bar had been closed for some time before plans were submitted to repurpose the site for housing.
The applicant is 247 PM Ltd.
