Fane Valley Stores Lodges Plans For Significant Site Redevelopment

Planning has been submitted for the redevelopment of Fane Valley Stores at 11 Broighter Road, Limavady.

The proposal seeks permission to demolish existing buildings on the site and replace them with two new buildings. Plans also include the installation of three meal bins, the creation of an external yard and display area, additional parking, alterations to the current access arrangements, landscaping and other associated site works.

Founded in 1903, Fane Valley remains 100% farmer owned. The agri-food business employs more than 1,000 people and has expanded through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
