32-Home Social Housing Development Approved For Ballymoney

Plans have been approved for a 32-home social housing development in the Linenhall Street area of Ballymoney.
The scheme will be built on vacant land adjacent to numbers 4 to 6 Linenhall Street.
The application was submitted by Mathewson Square Ltd.
According to the planning documents, the development will comprise 32 social dwellings, including 15 townhouses, two semi-detached properties and 15 apartments.
The proposals also include the provision of car parking, landscaping and associated site works.
